Some information inside HoopsMate may be visible to other users depending on your role, league access, and league settings. This may include player names, team names, game statistics, box scores, standings, player profiles, badges, awards, rankings, Player of the Game results, and generated game stories or recaps.
Your email address is not intended to be publicly displayed.
Player photos are optional. A photo may be uploaded by you, or by your league organizer on your behalf as part of managing the league roster.
If a photo is uploaded, it may be displayed inside HoopsMate as part of your player profile, league profile, game results, awards, or related league features.
League organizers are responsible for making sure they have the player's permission before uploading a photo of them, and before publishing player photos or player-related content outside HoopsMate, including on social media. For players under 18, a parent or guardian's permission is required before a photo is uploaded.
You can ask your league organizer, or contact us at info@hoopsmate.com, to have your photo removed at any time.
If your league organizer has accepted the League Organiser Agreement, HoopsMate may use screenshots and short clips from your league's games and from social media posts made with HoopsMate features to promote HoopsMate on its website and social media. These may show your name, team, stats or image as they appeared in the game or post.
You can ask for any image or clip that shows you to be removed at any time by contacting info@hoopsmate.com, or through your league organizer.
HoopsMate may generate game stories, summaries, recaps, coach insights, and other AI-assisted content based on available league and game data. These generated outputs are drafts and should be reviewed before being published or used outside the platform.
League organizers are responsible for reviewing and deciding what they publish on their league's social media pages or other public channels.
HoopsMate may send important service-related emails about your account, access, league approval, security, or platform updates.
Marketing emails are optional. You can choose whether you want to receive product updates, feature news, league growth tips, announcements, and promotional messages from HoopsMate. You can unsubscribe at any time.
You may contact HoopsMate to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
If your account is deleted, some historical league records, game results, box scores, standings, awards, or statistics may need to be kept in anonymized or limited form to preserve league records and competition history.
